Anthony T. Litsch III

Anthony is well respected by other attorneys and is often complimented by colleagues and judges on his brightly colored shirts worn in the courtroom. He enjoys challenges, dislikes bureaucracy and refrains from the "good ole boy" way of handling things. Getting the job done efficiently, competently, quickly, and winning is his standing mantra.

• Born in Southampton, Long Island, New York in December, 1984.
• Moved to Volusia County, Florida with his parents at a young age.
• After high school, he attended Stetson University in Deland, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
• Graduate from Barry University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2010 in the top 2% of his class, 5th out of 213 students.
• Passed Florida Bar Exam on first attempt in July 2010, sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar on September 24, 2010.
• August 2013, admitted to the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Anthony is a single father of one son, Lex (aka the Lex Express), born in July, 2010, just one week before Anthony took the Florida Bar Exam. He enjoys spending time with his son and their family pets when not practicing law. He also enjoys watching college and professional basketball and football, and professional wrestling too especially visiting the Go Wrestle events in South Daytona. He spends his personal time learning about history, watching action movies, swimming, playing basketball with colleagues, and taking naps on the porch. Finally, he is really just a big kid at heart finding joy in buying and collecting vintage video game systems, games, manuals, and accessories.
